Services / Ceramic Coating

Nano-ceramic protection that lasts a decade.

Protection engineered for paintwork that matters.

A nano-ceramic coating chemically bonds to your factory clear coat, creating a semi-permanent layer that repels water, oil, UV radiation and environmental contaminants. Unlike a wax or sealant that sits on top of your paint, a ceramic coating becomes part of it — and stays there for years, not weeks.

The Process

How we complete a Ceramic Coating service.

03

Paint correction

Single-stage machine polishing to remove light swirls and prepare the surface for maximum ceramic adhesion.

04

Ceramic application

Gtechniq or IGL nano-ceramic applied panel by panel in controlled conditions. No direct sunlight, no wind.

05

24-hour cure period. Written condition report, warranty registration documents and aftercare instructions at handover.

Who This Suits

Is a Ceramic Coating right for your vehicle?

New vehicle delivery

The best time to apply a ceramic coating is before the paint accumulates contamination. We're available for delivery protection within 48 hours.

Post-paint-correction

If you're having paint correction carried out, a ceramic coating locks in the correction result and protects against future marring.

Long-term ownership

Own your Ferrari or Porsche for the long term? A ceramic coating dramatically reduces the maintenance required between professional details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about our Ceramic Coating service.

How long does ceramic coating last?

A professionally applied Gtechniq or IGL ceramic coating on a well-maintained vehicle will last 5-10 years. Consumer-grade products sold as 'ceramic' typically last 6-12 months.

Does ceramic coating prevent scratches?

No. Ceramic coating is not a scratch-proof layer. It provides chemical resistance, UV protection and hydrophobic properties. For scratch and impact protection, paint protection film is the appropriate product.

Do I need paint correction before coating?

Not always. If your paint is in good condition with minimal swirl marks, we can coat directly after decontamination. We assess at the point of booking.

Can I wash the car myself after coating?

Yes. We recommend pH-neutral shampoo and a two-bucket wash method. Avoid automatic car washes with brushes. We provide written aftercare instructions at handover.

What's the difference between Gtechniq and IGL?

Both are accredited professional-grade ceramics. We recommend based on your vehicle's paint hardness, condition and your intended use. We'll advise at the assessment stage.
